Set a deposit limit

Choose a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap when you register, then adjust it in My Account. If several caps are active, the lowest applicable allowance controls your deposits.

Keep track of time and spending

In My Account, set the interval for a Game Status Reminder. Support can help configure it. Each reminder shows elapsed playing time and lets you continue, view your history or end the game. Ending the game through this option also signs you out.

SafeMate offers a self-assessment that compares your estimated spending and playing time with the recorded totals. If your estimates are much lower, deposit caps, time reminders or additional support can help you respond.

Pause your play

Open Player Limitation in My Account to choose a break, or ask our team for help. A Freeze or Cooling-Off restriction can last 24 hours or between 1 and 6 weeks. It covers the account where you set it.

Use self-exclusion

Self-exclusion also restricts any other accounts we know you hold under our licence. During this period, you cannot deposit or gamble. Marketing stops too, although removal across our marketing systems can take up to 24 hours.

An excluded account does not reopen by itself. You must request reactivation, and we cannot accept that request during the first 180 days. After setting an exclusion, you can ask Support to extend it to 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years.

Protect children from gambling

We check age through automated and manual processes and close accounts registered by anyone under 18 immediately. Keep payment information away from children and use a separate device profile with appropriate access restrictions. Filtering software can help control the sites and programs they can reach.
